Mod de preparare
Se spala bine graul si se pune in tigaie sau ceaun de fonta cu apa si sare, atat cat sa-l acopere. Se lasa la foc iute pana se evapora apa si se amesteca continuu pana graul isi schimba culoarea si este usor de mestecat. Hrisca si meiul pot fi coapte fara a fi umezite in prealabil.
